Eastern Precast is a family owned and operated business located in Brookfield, CT. Since our founding in 1972, we have worked to ensure that we manufacture quality precast concrete products.
About Us
For over 30 years, the DiTullio family (now the fourth generation in the industry) has worked to ensure that Eastern Precast be characterized by quality products and excellent customer service. We manufacture a wide variety of quality precast concrete products, including septic tanks, pump chambers, distribution boxes, oil separators, drywells, concrete tank risers, Eversource transformer vaults, galleries, catch basins, driveway & lawn drains, covers & slabs, and manholes. We also offer an extensive inventory of related accessory products, such as geotextile fabric, plastic pipe & fittings, effluent & sewage pumps & packages, and plastic leaching chambers.
How we do it
Circa 1998, in pursuit of a higher standard of quality control, we installed our own computerized concrete batch plant rather than purchasing our concrete from a 3rd party ready-mix company. Our septic tanks have been tested and certified by an independent professional engineer to meet all specifications as outlined in ASTM C-1227. These are just some of the ways we can guarantee that we manufacture and deliver the highest quality concrete products.

We have proudly served the surrounding areas, including Fairfield County (Danbury, Greenwich, Norwalk, Stamford, Westport,) and Litchfield County (Bridgewater, New Milford, Sherman, Kent) in Connecticut, while also serving Westchester County (Katonah, South Salem, White Plains), Putnam County (Brewster, Patterson), and Dutchess County (Fishkill, Poughkeepsie, Pawling) in New York.
